Our wild blossom Manuka honey plays with the unique diversity
of New Zealand‘s coasts, cliffs and valleys. In addition
to around 50 percent Manuka flowers, this vibrant
mixture contains extracts of New Zealand‘s wild herbs
and flowers, fruit trees and forests. Cruciferous plants,
chervil, goosefoot, dandelion and New Zealand flax
characterise the diversity of this special honey.
The flavour of the wild herbs stands out in particular.
The result is a unique, outstandingly rich honey with
a colourful, lively and slightly tangy flavour. An incomparable
